Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
These Terms of Service describe how customers may use DebtReply and what DebtReply does and does not provide. They are intended as a practical customer-facing starting point and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on them as final legal terms.
Using DebtReply
DebtReply is operated by Civic Document Services LLC. By accessing or using DebtReply, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any service-specific checkout confirmations shown before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Scope
DebtReply provides consumer document preparation, organization, download, and mailing support for customer-directed debt correspondence. DebtReply is not a law firm, does not act as your attorney or legal representative, and does not provide legal, financial, credit, tax, debt relief, debt settlement, or credit repair advice.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of DebtReply does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, fiduciary relationship, or attorney-client privilege with DebtReply, Civic Document Services LLC, or any employee, contractor, vendor, or service provider. You are responsible for deciding whether a document or request is appropriate for your situation.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for reviewing every document, confirming names, dates, addresses, account details, court or collection information, and deciding whether to download, sign, mail, submit, or otherwise use any document. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the usefulness, delivery, or legal effect of a document.
Mailing and Delivery
If you purchase mailing support, you authorize DebtReply and its service providers to prepare and send the approved document using the information you provide. Mailing, certified mail, tracking, delivery scans, third-party processing, postal timelines, recipient handling, and court or agency acceptance are outside DebtReply's control.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
DebtReply does not guarantee that a collector, creditor, debt buyer, credit bureau, court, law firm, government agency, or other third party will respond, stop contacting you, verify a debt, remove information, change reporting, reduce or settle a balance, dismiss a lawsuit, extend a deadline, or produce any specific legal, financial, credit, or practical result.
Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. DebtReply's general approach is that purchases are fully refundable, but a refund may not cancel documents that have already been downloaded, mailed, submitted for fulfillment, or delivered.
Accounts, Security, and Communications
You may need to provide contact, payment, or document information to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information accurate and secure. By using DebtReply, you agree that we may send transactional, service, support, payment, mailing, and policy communications by email or other contact methods you provide.
Permitted Use
You may use DebtReply only for lawful personal or household purposes and only for your own consumer debt correspondence unless we expressly allow another use. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, infringe anyone's rights, resell the service, scrape or reverse engineer the product, or use DebtReply to harass, deceive, or harm others.
Templates and Intellectual Property
DebtReply, its workflow, software, text, templates, forms, designs, and related materials are owned by Civic Document Services LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, DebtReply gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use documents generated for you for your own personal consumer matter.
Privacy and Vendors
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, payments, email, document generation, support, printing, postage, certified mail, tracking, and other operational needs. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DebtReply at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Your continued use of DebtReply after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
DebtReply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civic Document Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to DebtReply for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
