Refund Policy

DebtReply is fully refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will refund your payment.

You do not need to prove a collector, creditor, bureau, court, or other third party made a mistake. You also do not need to wait for a third-party response before asking for a refund.

A refund does not cancel documents that have already been downloaded, mailed, submitted for fulfillment, or delivered. If mailing has already started, we may be unable to stop delivery, certified mail, tracking, or related fulfillment steps.

Refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
